Responsible for project coordination, data quality assurance, and personnel management and training.
Frank has over 30 years’ experience as Project Geologist for foundation investigations involving commercial, industrial and institutional facilities. Duties have included planning and oversight of the field investigations, project inspection, data evaluation, geotechnical site characterization and reporting to the project engineers.
In the area of hydrogeology, Frank’s particular skills include groundwater modeling, groundwater contaminant fate and transport, aquifer pumping tests, groundwater under the influence of surface water (GWUDI) elevations and mining permits.
